To find light output in footcandles (fc) at any distance: CBCP/(throw distance)2 = fc To find any beam diameter at any distance: throw distance x mf = beam dia. SPECIFICATION The luminaire shall be a 2400 watt per circuit compartmented borderlight with mogul end prong base sockets on 8" centers, to accept 300 to 500 watt PAR56 lamps. The unit shall be constructed of all welded code gauge steel. The fixture shall be equipped with color frame holders with a spring-hinged retaining clip on top to prevent accidental removal and allow operation in any position. Fixture shall be equipped with a steel blinder on the bottom to allow masking the beam projected. Relamping shall be accomplished from the front of the unit by depressing a spring-hinged lamp retaining clip and disconnecting the lamp from the socket. The luminaire shall be supplied with two 3/16" steel L brackets for overhead use, combo color frames to accept glass or plastic filters, and three foot, three wire leads encased in fiberglass sleeving in three or four circuit configurations.
