SPECIFICATIONS

The connector strip shall be a UL/C-UL listed wireway constructed of 16 gauge steel with a removable access cover (upstage side of strip). The exterior dimensions shall be 4-5/8" x 3-3/16", with length as shown on the drawings. The strip shall have a terminal compartment box containing barrier type terminals. The proper number of terminals shall be provided to allow the installation of separate hot and neutral conductors for each circuit. Terminal blocks shall be double row design, having two screws per terminal, one for the line side conductor and one for the load side conductor. Separate lugs shall be provided for termination of any ground conductor.

Flush 20A receptacles or 18" #12/3 pigtails, supported by strain reliefs, shall be spaced and numbered according to the requirements. Internal wiring shall be rated at 200° C.

The connector strip shall be supplied with hanging hardware to accommodate up to 2" 0.D. pipe for each 5' of strip length.

All painted surfaces of the unit shall be of a baked enamel.
