Humid Location Station Backbox (08-8026-01)

The Humid Location Backbox will protect the control station from rain and other mild moisture conditions (not intended for direct water contact). The clear plastic lid will allow viewing of the engraved buttons while the gray backing will hide the wiring. The water resistant backbox is perfect for control stations located outside but must be out of range of direct water contact. The Humid Location Backbox shall be ordered together with a control station as a single piece.

CCU BACKBOX WITH WIRING HARNESS

(08-8025-03) Surface Mount

(08-8025-04) Recess Mount

In addition to the mounting fixture and wiring protection provided by the standard CCU Backbox, these items shall provide termination points for the control station and module wiring runs. In addition, a wiring harness shall allow for simpler interface wiring and troubleshooting. And removable transorb boards will protect the CCU against power surges. The Surface Mount Backbox shall accommodate a Standard CCU, a Compact CCU, or an Elite Connection Module. The backbox itself can be recessed into a wall but the CCU will still surface mount to it and will protrude from the wall. The Recess Mount Backbox will also be available for a Standard CCU, a Compact CCU, or an Elite Connection Module. This backbox will sink the mounted unit about flush with the wall and will include a hinged cover with magnetic latch.

POWER SUPPLIES

(08-8620-01)

Each LiteTouch Power Supply Module shall be capable of driving up to five (5) relay, interlock relay, or low voltage relay modules or up to 35 Control Stations. The minimum DC voltage at any module or station should not be less than 14 volts.

8 CHANNEL DIMMER MODULE

(08-2108-01)

The 8 Channel Dimmer module is designed primarily for incandescent dimming, including magnetic core transformer coupled low-voltage incandescent loads. It can also be used in neon and cold cathode dimming applications. The dimming shall be performed by conservatively rated triac devices using phase control technology. Each of the 8 outputs shall have a separate RFI filter based on a torodial inductor for low noise operation. The module shall utilize an air gap relay switch to properly remove voltage form all triacs when all loads are off. The module shall employ a "soft-start" feature to enhance the life of lamps and fixtures. The module will be rated at 20 amps or 2400 Watts (derated to 1920 Watts). The total rating may be divided up between the 8 outputs in an desired proportion so long as no single output exceeds 15 amps or 1800 watts. Please note this dimmer is not recommended for dimming solid state electronic transformer low-voltage, unless the transformer is so rated. (See Electronic (Inverse Phase) Dimmer Module)

DUAL 20 AMP DIMMER MODULE

(08-2125-01)

The Dual 20 Amp Dimmer Module shall provide two 20 Amp dimmers in a standard size module. Each dimmer will have one independent output with a separate RFI filter based on the toroidal inductor for low noise operation. This module will have a single set of rotary dial switches used to designate the address of the module. The module shall be rated at 4800 total watts with a maximum capacity of 2400 watts (de-rated to 1920 watts) on a single output. When using three phase power, both dimmers must be connected to the same phase.

Note: Auxiliary chokes shall be available for commercial grade rise times.

QUAD DIMMER MODULE

(08-2134-01)

The Quad Dimmer Module shall provide two 20 Amp dimmers in a standard module. Each dimmer will have two independent outputs. Each of the four outputs will have a separate RFI filter based on the toroidal inductor for low noise operation. This module will have a single set of rotary dial switches used to designate the address of the module. The module shall utilize an air gap relay switch to properly remove voltage from all triacs when all loads are off. The total module is rated at 4800 watts with a maximum capacity of 2400 watts per feed and a de-rated capacity of 1920 watts on a single output. The module shall employ a "soft-start" feature to enhance the life of lamps and fixtures. When using three phase power, both dimmers must be connected to the same phase.

Note: Auxiliary chokes shall be available for commercial grade rise times.

FLUORESCENT DIMMER MODULE

(08-2138-01)

The Fluorescent Dimmer Module shall be capable of switching and dimming fluorescent loads that contain a dimming ballast. The fluorescent dimmer is not designed to operate capacitive (e.g. television set) loads. Each module will have four independent dimming channels whose total load may not exceed 20 amps with a maximum load of 15 amps per output. The module shall utilize an air gap relay switch to properly remove voltage from all triacs when all loads are off. The module outputs will incorporate EMI and RFI noise suppression networks. Each Fluorescent Dimmer Module shall connect to the central system via a common five conductor data bus. Each module will be uniquely identified by a pair of rotary address select switches.

ELECTRONIC (INVERSE PHASE) DIMMER MODULE

(08-2140-01)

The Electronic (Inverse Phase) Dimmer Module shall be capable of switching and dimming electronic Transformer Dimmer loads and incandescent loads. The Electronic (Inverse Phase) dimmer Module is not designed to operate inductive, cold cathode, neon, fluorescent, low voltage magnetic transformer, or motor loads. Each module shall have six independent dimming channels whose total load may not exceed 20 amps with a maximum of 4 amps per output. The Electronic (Inverse Phase) dimmer Module shall employ a "soft-start" feature to enhance the life of the lamps and the Electronic Transformer fixtures.

Each Electronic (Inverse Phase) Dimmer Module shall connect to the central system via a common five conductor data bus. Each module will be uniquely identified by a pair of rotary address select switches.

ELECTRONIC BALLAST (0-10 VDC) DIMMER MODULE

(08-2180-01)

The Electronic Ballast (0-10-VDC) Dimmer Module shall be capable of switching and dimming dimmable electronic ballasts that require switched 120 VAC and a 0 to 10 VDC analog control signal. The module shall be capable of operating six independent dimming loads. The module's analog shall be protected in such a manner that any one output may be inadvertently connected to 120 VAC without damage to the module. Each analog output shall be capable of sourcing or sinking 4.5 mA and each relay shall be capable of switching 8 amps of electronic loads. Each Electronic Ballast (0-10 VDC) Dimmer Module shall connect to the central system via a common five conductor data bus. Each module will be uniquely identified by a pair of rotary address switches.
