The STANDING SEAM CURB, pictured above, exemplifies LMCURBS capability to design a curb to match your roof system. The highs fit under the roof panel on the up slope and over on the down slope, just like our competitors. Unlike our competitors, our curb base sides extend to the next natural seam of the roof panel, then the cap strip seals the seam. This method of installation makes the curb an integral part of the roof system.

The RIBBED ROOF CURB is manufactured using the same procedure; whereas, the up slope / down slope highs fit the same as the Standing Seam Curb. Here, again, the curb base sides extend to the next natural seam and mates to the roof panel by lapping over the rib, making the curb an integral part of the roof system.

Our manufacturing process and years of success enables us to offer a 20 YEAR WARRANTY on our Standing Seam Curb.

To further guarantee that each curb will meet the most discriminating inspection, LMCURBS are Heli-Arc welded to assure the strength and appearance of the curb. Only rigid, foil-faced insulation is used; not roll or batt type, with stick pins holding it in place.

In addition, we offer a curb for retrofit applications that is cost effective because existing equipment, in most cases, remains in place. This curb is system is manufactured on a per job basis. Factory assistance is available on projects of this type.
