• Designed for optimum performance in VDT (Visual Display Terminal) office environments. Optimpar provides precise light control and virtually eliminates glare from VDT screens.
• 4-1/4" deep cell parabolic louver conforms to VDT Lighting Criteria - IES Standards RP-1 and RP-24.

• Die-formed steel housing and ends exceed code gauge. Embossed for strength and uniformity. Heavy-duty ends attach to housing with interlocking tabs and screws. Built-in EQ clips.
• Slope-sided housing and contoured ballast cover for superior light control. Cover easily removed without tools.
• Quick-acess plate for convenient power connection.
• Air models with air slots in housing top, sides or both - with or without control vanes.
• Pre-anodized aluminum louver provides maximum photometric efficiency with superior brightness control. Interlocking construction maintains true parabolic contour.
• Die-formed steel hinges and spring-loaded cam latches, designed for safe suspension of louver for relamping and precise self-alignment and positive lokcing when louver is closed. Latching/hinging reversible; louver easily removed without tools.
• Integral light seals prevent light leaks without use of gasketing.
• Designed for NEMA Type G (grid) and Type F (flange) ceilings. Consult factory for compatibility with other ceiling systems.

• Metal parts pretreated with a phosphate bonding process and post-painted with an electrostatically-applied high temperature baked enamel for superior quality and durability. The ends are black and white baked enamel. White surfaces have reflectance in excess of 89%. All black reveal areas, including hardware, finished non-reflective flat black to create a floating louver appearance.
• Utilizes pre-anodized low iridescent specular silver louver. Polyethylene cover protects louver from construction contaminants.

• Energy-saving and electronic Class P, CBM/ETL Certified, HPF ballasts comply with Federal Energy Efficiency Standards.
• U.L. listed and _clisted.
• I.B.E.W. labeled.
