Ballast Voltage - 120 Volt, 60 Hz. - Standard. To order other voltages, change last digit "1" to the following: 2 = 208 Volt; 3 = 240 Volt; 4 = 277 Volt; 6 = Quad Tap 120, 208, 240 and 277 Volt.

Tamperproof Screws - Add digits "TP" to catalog number.

Dusk to Dawn Photocontrol - Add digits "PC" to catalog number.

Polycarbonate Guard - Add Digits "PG" to catalog number.

Stainless Steel Wire Guard - Add digits "WG" to catalog number.

Fusing - (installed) - Single Fuse (for 120V. & 277V). add digits "F1";

Double Fuse (for 208V. & 240V.) add digits "F2" to catalog number. Available with quartz restrike.

Lamps are not included with fixtures.

Note: Polycarbonate guard and wire guard cannot be used together.
