V-200-UL \ V-200-S-UL

Description
Insulated, high pressure, Metalflex
® aluminum air duct. Designed to connect truck duct to air distribution terminals wher fire safety is extremely important. Sections are 8' long and compressed (V-200-UL) to 32" for better storage and handling or "S" straight, non-compressed sections (V-200-S-UL). Both versions utilize V-100-UL \ V-100-S-UL as the inner core. Factory insulated to standard code specifications and covered by a tough gray polyethylene vapor barrier. Each end has a factory installed universal male/female collar. Our superior design helps eliminate flattening on the outside radius of a bend thus preventing restricted air flow.

UL 181 Listed Class 1 Air Duct in accordance with NFPA 90a & 90b.

Flame Spread not exceeding 25
Smoke Developed not exceeding 50
Thermal Efficiency -
C factor calculated at 75° F mean = .173
R-Value = 5.79 Avg. (ADC FD72-R1)
4.20 Avg. (ASTM C-518)
Tough polyethylene vapor barrier - .17 Perm rating.

POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE -
4" - 10" Diameters – ± 12" W.G.
12" - 20" Diameters – ± 8" W.G.
Operating Temperature Range:
20° through + 250° F.
