APPLICATIONS: Economical, lightweight, used most often in residential construction and limited traffic areas. For interior use only.

MAXIMUM SIZE : 4/0 X 8/0

Thickness : 1-3/8" and 1-3/4" standard. Other thickness by special request.

FACES : Standard 3-ply wood veneer of all grades approximately 1/8" thick. Stock veneers; Lauan, Rotary and Plain Sliced Birch, Plain Sliced Red and White Oak, Rift Cut Red and White Oak, Plain Sliced Walnut, Plain Sliced Honduras Mahogany, Quarter Sliced African Mahogany, Plain Sliced Cherry, and Plain Sliced Maple. Other commercially available hardwood species by special request. 1/8" Tempered Hardboard, Rustic, and Plastic Laminate. Residential molded panel doors available 6/8, 7/0, and 8/0 heights.

CORE : Flexigrid hollow core made of corrugated Kraft Fiber meets Industry Standard ANSI/NWWDA I.S. 1.

STILES : 1-1/4" softwood stiles are standard. Hardwood stiles by special request. All dimensions prior to factory trimming and prefitting.

RAILS : 1-7/8" fiber rails are standard. 2-1/2" hardwood rails by special request. All dimensions are prior to factory trimming.

LOCKBLOCKS : 2-1/2" x 20 softwood, 2 per door.

ADHESIVES : Type II, water-resistant bond standard. Type I, waterproof bond by special request.

PREFINISH : Premium 2000, 8 standard tints, 8 standard Rustic colors, and one standard paint finish (see prefinish pages 4 and 5). Custom tints available by special request. All standard finishes for interior use only. Finish meet AWI System TR-6 and OP-6 polyurethane.

PRIMED : White all 6 sides by special request.

WATER-REPELLENT PRESERVATIVE : When specified, doors are treated with a water-repellent preservative in compliance with NWWDA Industry Standards I.S.1.

MAXIMUM SIZE OPENINGS : Cutout area may not exceed 40% of the face of the door. May not exceed 1/2 height of door.

GUARANTEE : One-year standard warranty.

MACHINING : Complete machining to your specification by special request.

MOPAK : Mopak is a tough, transparent polyethylene film protecting our door. Standard on all prefinished doors. Available by special request on unfinished doors.

APPLICATIONS: Used in high-traffic areas where a lightweight, sturdy door is required to fit existing openings. This door may be trimmed two (2) inches in width without affecting the structural strength of the door and/or the warranty. For interior use only.
