Mohawk Flush Door Machining Specifications

MOHAWK COMPLETE MACHINING AND MORE

ROUTED FOR BUTTS: Two or more Butts 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" to 5" x 5", with 5/8", ¼", or square corners, centerline or non-standard locations. DRILLED FOR LOCKSET WITH THROUGH HOLES: We can meet any lockmaker’s specifications, boring n centerline or elsewhere. Enclose specifications with order.

MORTISE LOCK MACHINING:

Provides a snug, smooth aperture for insertion of door hardware. Your choice: to or more holes.

 SPRING LOADED PIVOT HINGE: Complete machining for all pivot hinges.

ELECTRONIC LOCK MORTISE MACHINING: For any configuration of electronic locks.

RADIUS EDGE: 1-1/2" radius standard. Routed out for sound strip. AUTOMATIC FLUSH BOLTS: Complete machining for all flush bolts. Extension rod flush bolt – maximum rod 36".
