3-ply wood veneers in Premium, God, and Sound grades,
balanced, center, running and slipped matched, in 1/8" thick door skins, face veneers
1/32" to 1/50" thick. These 3-ply veneer premanufactured door skins are
hot pressed and then the plywood unit is cold pressed to the core and frame.

The stiles and rails are securely bonded to the core
using a hot melt glue process and then sanded smooth to ensure minimal photographing of
core and stile parts through veneer. This process is performed by two state-of -the-art
Menea double edge banders. Particle core low density specifically designed for door core
28 to 32 lbs. per cubic foot meets or exceeds ANSI.A-208-1-1989 for grade 1-LD-1. Face
screw pull 90 lbs. Resists warping superior dimensional stability. Provides full
support for cutouts at light and louver openings, excellent bonding capabilities.
1-3/8" standard, 2" maximum. Softwood or
hardwood stiles available per specifications. The stiles are securely bonded to the core

Type II is standard. Type II is a water-resistant
interior glue which must withstand the bond test described in NWWDA T.M. 6 specifications.
Type I by special request. Type I adhesive is a waterproof exterior glue and must
withstand the bond test described in NWWDA T.M. 6 specifications.
Prefinished doors by one of the largest prefinished
door manufacturers in the industry. The prefinishing coats applied over all six sides of
the door seal the door completely and enhance the natural beauty of the veneer. We have a
complete color range in our seven standard tints: Clear, Teak, Red, Brown, Dark Brown,
Walnut, and Gray. We also have one standard paint finish -White enamel L-4000. Any
tint or paint available by special request. AWI System 3, 5, 10 and 11 are available.
System 3 conversion varnish, System 5 catalyzed polyurethane, System 10 conversion varnish
opaque and System 11 catalyzed polyurethane opaque. Finishes for interior use only. See
