White standard color. Custom colors by special
request. Two coats of catalyzed vinyl alkyd base material are roller coated and oven
cured. Material is applied to all six sides.
Cut-out areas of half the height of the door must be
at least 5" from any edge or hardware cut-out. Cut-out areas the full length of the
door must be at least 8""from any edge or hardware cut-out.
We will machine your doors to any and all hardware
specifications. In addition, by special request, we offer coordination service: supply us
with approved door, frame and hardware schedules and all temples, and we will complete all
machining information on our machining sheets.

Decorative Door Molding: |
Plant on moldings. We will duplicate your custom
design with molding on one or both sides of the door. With standard or custom profiles.
Our standard species is Basswood. By special request, we will supply molding to match the
face veneer. Moldings are applied with glue and wire nails. Our standard molding profiles
are M1 5/8" x 3/8", M2 1-1/8" x 9/16", M3 1-3/8" x 5/8", M4
1-3/4" x 3/4".
Water-Repellent
Preservative: |
Will be applied to all exposed wood parts of door
with preservative conforming to the latest edition of the NWWDA 1.2.4 water-repellent
preservative treatment for millwork.
Continuous match or end match through 4/0 x 10/0.
Rabbet for door and transom available by special request.
Mopak is a tough, transparent polyethylene film
protecting the door form scratches, dust and handling marks, standard on all prefinished
doors. Available by special requet on unfinished doors.
Wood species to match door face. Standard size
3" x ½", other sizes by special request.
