| Surface Access Panel |

STYLE: MI-SF, designed for surface installation on
drywall, masonry or thin-coat plaster, has no return frame making it ideal for irregular
or odd-size openings. Door panel is attached to the frame with a continuous piano hinge
allowing 175-degree opening. Rounded door-panel corners add additional safety, and a
pleasing appearance. Quarter-inch mounting holes are located at all corners for
installation ease. The contoured frame edges allow for a tight Žt against all wall
conditions.

installation in drywall surfaces—after the drywall is installed. Drywall
compound is applied over the beading. When completed, only the door remains exposed. The
concealed pivot-pin hinge and screwdriver-cam latches allow the door panel to operate
freely without sagging. The formed-door panel is unique to the industry and provides
superior rigidity, allowing for minimum screwdriver-cam usage.

| Recessed Drywall Access Panel |
 |
STYLE: CAD is recessed 5/8" to accommodate a
single layer of acoustical tile or drywall. This access panel assists in sound control in
acoustical or drywall ceilings and remains virtually concealed. It can be used as a
Žre-resistive access panel. Although it doesn’t carry a Žre rating, it is
manufactured of noncombustible steel. The Žre resistance is achieved by using the
same Žre-resistant material as the ceiling system.
