STYLE: CAD-FL-PL is designed specifically for
installation in plaster surfaces—before the plaster is installed. When
completed, only the door remains exposed. The concealed pivot-pin hinge and
screwdriver-cam latches allow the door panel to operate freely without sagging. The
formed-door panel is unique to the industry and provides superior rigidity, allowing for
minimum screwdriver-cam usage. |

STYLE: CAD-PL is recessed 5/8" and is lined
with self-furring lath to accommodate a single layer of plaster. The frame perimeter has a
3" wide lathing or furring strip tying the access-panel frame to the surrounding
plaster surface. The door panel is finished flush to match the surrounding surfaces. The
concealed pivot rod and flush screwdriver cam allow the door panel to operate freely. |

| Security Access Panels |
| STYLE: MI-SAD, Medium Security Access Panel, is
designed for prisons, correctional facilities, housing projects and instances where
stronger-than-standard access panels are required. The 12-gauge door panel and flange
frame allow it to be installed in almost every wall or ceiling condition. The concealed
hinge provides and architecturally pleasing appearance and allows the door panel to
operate freely without binding or sagging. Frames are provided with pre-punched mounting
holes to facilitate easy installation. Access panels come standard with security fasteners
with optional lock requirements as specified. STYLE:
MI-SADH, High Security Access Panel, is designed for high-level prisons and
correctional facilities where security requires strength and durability to endure abusive
and vandal-prone conditions. The 10-gauge door panel and 2" flange frame allow
installation in almost every wall or ceiling condition. The exposed butt hinges and
security fasteners allow the door panel to operate freely without binding or sagging.
Frames are provided with pre-punched mounting holes or optional masonry anchors to
facilitate easy installation. Access panels come standard with security fasteners with
optional lock requirements as specified. |
