AuditLok®XL - The Intelligent Safe
TECHNOLOGY YOU CAN UNDERSTAND
The AuditLok®XL Safe is easy to open if you are authorized. Since
there is no struggling with time consuming combination dials or confusing menus,
authorized employees can open the safe in less than 4 seconds. AuditLok®XL is as user friendly as an ATM.
POSITIVE USER IDENTIFICATION
Dual access accountability with both a key and a unique
PIN (Personal Identification Number) to provide a redundant identity check. This Positive
User Identification is an automatic theft deterrent.
ENCRYPTED AUDIT TRAIL
The Audit Trail allows you to easily recreate all
events that take place in your safe: who opened it, when it was opened, who left it
opened - basically everything you need to know in an investigation. Encrypted Audit Trails
are recognized as indisputable court evidence in the event of internal theft prosecution.
REMOTE ACCESS
Audit Trail data can be accessed via modem and PC from
a remote location. You can also delete an employee's access permission from your remote
PC.
MULTIPLE LEVELS OF AUTHORITY
AuditLok®XL permits controlled access assignment. You determine who has access to the
inner compartments and who can obtain an audit report.
PROGRAMMABLE ON-SITE
No locksmith or special tools needed. You can easily
assign or delete key and PIN access permission on-site, as well as control who has
authority to program access codes.
MULTI-LINGUAL
Every AuditLok®XL comes with two languages of your choice.
CUSTOM TIME LOCK
Banks have used time locks since the turn of the
century. Now, NKL's Time Lock offers you the security of limited access to the Safe, at
your discretion. If you want the Safe to be accessible only during business hours, for
example, set Time Lock and no one can open it during closed hours.
TIME DELAY
Time Delay forces an authorized Safe opening to be
delayed before access is permitted. During a robbery an employee may be forced to open the
safe. When the employee enters a key and PIN, however, the Safe displays a "Time
Delay" prompt. A clock starts counting. Since the robber has no idea how long he will
have to wait, he may leave quickly, settling for a minimal take.
ALARM INTEGRATION
AuditLok®XL can be integrated with your in-store alarm system. Using its duress feature,
an employee forced to open the safe can enter an alternate PIN code which notifies police
while still allowing the safe to be opened.
SAFE INTEGRITY
The standard AuditLok®XL includes a door of 1/2" A-35 steel
plate and unit body construction of 1/4" A 36-A steel. The safe's door incorporates a
unique 5-point automatic bolt works system, linked to a UL rated 2058 High Security
Electronic Lock with an eight hour battery back-up. AuditLok®XL memory is non-volatile. All drop slots
include anti-fish devices.
