*Template position for 100° door opening. Closer can be
templated for door openings to 180° if necessary clearance is available. Where clearance
for regular arm mounting is not available, use top jamb or parallel arm mounting to door
openings to 180°.
All dimensions are tor reference only. Dimensions in
parentheses are millimeters unless noted otherwise. Door sizing information is based on
installation on standard weight doors, 7'0" (2.13m) high 1-3/4" (44 mm) thick:
hung on anti-friction hinges and operating under normal conditions. Doors in excess of
7'8" (2.34 m) high or 1-3/4 (44 mm) thick; unusually heavy doors, doors templated for
openings beyond 150° or doors subject to wind or draft conditions will generally require
the next larger size from that shown in the chart.
