Door Closer Features

8000 Series Door Closers incorporated in the 8000 Series Power Track are modern, non-handed, narrow projection closers. Each has three independent non-critical regulating valves to control closing speed, latch speed and backcheck cushioning.

8200 Series Power Track incorporates the 8205BC Door Closer. This closer has the features listed above and is enclosed in a Slim Style molded cover (1-3/4"H x 2-1/8"D x 12-7/8"L), (44mm x 54mm x 330mm).

8305 Series Power Track incorporates the 8305 Door Closer. In addition to the features listed above, this closer has a 50% spring power adjustment and is enclosed in a Full molded cover (1-3/4" H x 2-1/8"D x 13"L), (44mm x 54mm x 330mm).

8400 Series Power Track incorporates the 8405BC Door closer. This closer has the features listed above and is enclosed in a Full molded cover (2-7/8"H x 2-1/8"D x 13"L), (73mm x 54mm x 330mm).

8500 Series Power Track incorporates the 8505 Door Closer. In addition to the features listed above, this closer has 50% spring power adjustment, and is enclosed in a Full molded cover (2-7/8"H x 2-1/8"D x 13"L), (73mm x 54mm x 330mm).

(1) 8000PTD Master Unit with Integral Smoke Detector or

Pair of Doors

(1 ) Series 8000PTD Master Unit with Integral Smoke Detector controlling

Double Egress Doors

With reveals greater than 1/8" (3mm); a special handed arm for the Pull (Hinge) Side Power Track; accommodates reveals to 3" (76mm). Suffix "DE" to the Catalog Number and specify hand, i.e. 8500PTD-DE 120 x RH.
