[1] All Series 7900 Closers are shipped with a slide track
25" (635 mm) long. For narrower doors a shorter length slide track is required, the
track can be cut to the desired length at the time of installation. This provides
application versatility and assures the proper length track.
[2] The template position for the slide track must always
be measured from the centerline of the door's pivot point (hinge).
[3] Openings greater than 110° should be avoided to
prevent damage to hinge reinforcements from door being stopped.
All dimensions are for reference only. Dimensions in
parentheses are millimeters unless noted otherwise. Door sizing information is based on
installation on standard weight doors, 7'0" (2.13m) high, 1-3/4" (44mm) thick;
hung on anti-friction hinges and operating under normal conditions. |
