with all Series 8301/ 8301 BF closers. Cover is non-handed and can be used on any regular
arm, parallel arm, or top jamb mounted closer. Decal on inside of cover provides
adjustment details. Cover fastens to closer with two attaching screws, included.

Metal Full Cover -- #8400M: The
metal Full Cover is supplied with all Series 8501 M/8501 BF-M closers. Available in any
"Sprayed Finishes" or any "Plated Finishes" listed on page 8501-3. The
cover notch for Top Jamb closers is factory prepared. Specify finish; specify hand of door
when ordering Top Jamb metal Full Covers. Decal on inside of cover provides adjustment
details. Cover fastens to closer with two mounting clips and two attaching screws,
included.

Wood Laminated Cover -- #8400W: Supplied
with all Series 8501 W/ 8501BF-W closers. This metal cover is laminated with fine grained
domestic or imported woods. The cover is supplied unfinished, so it can be finished on the
job with the door and frame. This cover is non-handed, except for top jamb applications,
since the shaft cutout must be factory prepared. Decal on inside of cover provides
adjustment details. Order by specifying Wood Grain Laminate from page 8501 -3. Specify
hand of door when ordering Top Jamb covers. Cover fastens to closer with two mounting
clips and two attaching screws, included.
