Closer Power Adjustment
The following charts are a guide to set the Unitrol door
closer power. Installer must further adjust the closer to accommodate door, frame, degree
of opening, environment or "Code" requirements. Closer factory set at minimum
power (zero turns).

Narrow Top Rail -- #8148 Drop Plate: For use where a
narrow top rail prevents the closer from being mounted directly to the door surface. This
Drop Plate can be used to mount the door closer on a top rail as narrow as 2-1/2"
(64mm) in height.
