Accessories

Narrow Top Rail -- Drop Plates: For use where a narrow top rail prevents the closer from being mounted directly to the door surface. These Drop Plates can be used to mount closers on top rails as narrow as 2-1/2" (64mm) in height.

Exposed Back -- Decorative Back Plates: For use on doors with glass lites where a closer with a standard cover is installed and the closer back is exposed. These plates cover the back of the installation to give a pleasing appearance from the reverse side.

Exposed Back/Narrow Top Rail -- #8448 Molded Full Cover Drop Plate Kit: For use on doors with glass lites where a closer with a standard cover is installed, and the back of the closer is exposed. Kit consists of an 8148 Drop Plate and an 8445 Decorative Back Plate. This kit covers the back of the installation to give a pleasing appearance from the reverse side.
