Standard Whiteboard

Porcelain Plus^TM

Alliance medium gloss , like Standard Whiteboard provides the same surface characteristics and visual presentation capabilities.

Additionally, Porcelain Plus, with reduced gloss, offers improved surface light diffusion reducing eye fatigue and, at the same time, providing a, projection screen application not available with other high and semi gloss surfaces. Available in the education and office markets for almost 5 years, Porcelain Plus remains unequaled by other porcelain writing surfaces or painted steel alternatives.

1. 300 Foot coils of light gauge cold rolled high grade steel
2. Coils loaded onto controlled decoiling mechanism
3. Steel chemically cleaned and dried
4. A precisely balanced ceramic groundcoat Is applied to both sides of steel for uniform, fused surface

5. First furnace fuses groundcoat ceramic to steel in excess of 1400°F followed by shock cooling
6. ColorFusion ceramic top coat is applied providing desired color, finish and fade-resistant characteristics
7. Second firing furnace fuses the face coat ceramic and steal
8. Computerized monitoring of color consistency aid surface quality
9. Recalling of the finished Ceramicsteel for delivery to authorized Alliance dealer distributors, or post processing
10. Conversion of Ceramicsteel into Alliance panel products and systems
