3" and 6" Super-Foam Panels

Our 1.5 pounds / cubic foot density one piece polystyrene foam is sandwiched in aluminum alloy skins and locked together with the added strength of structural 1-beams. The design of these roof systems enable installation where pitch is limited (min. pitch 1/2" per foot).

3-inch Super-Foam roof panels offer close to an R-15 insulating factor for a quiet, more comfortable room.

Our 6-inch Super-Foam roof panels provide maximum strength and an insulating factor close to R-30. The design of our 6-inch Super-Foam panels render maximum structural integrity and allows for larger room design and construction with a clear, unobstructed span.

Our Super-Foam Roof Systems have passed a full scale fire test (UL Standard 1715 Room Corner Test) by a testing laboratory accredited by all major model code groups. Roof panels are surfaced with two coats of bonded paint that retains luster and shine longer than normal painted finishes. A final coat of scratch resistant Krystal Kote™ finish is then applied as a seal to protect the paint during extreme temperatures.
