2 YEAR WARRANTY
ALL PATTERSON FANS ARE WARRANTED FOR TWO FULL YEARS FROM DATE OF SHIPMENT TO THE
PURCHASER TO BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP.
Seller's liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of any products which prove to be
defective and are reported to seller during the warranty period, exclusive of labor and returned to seller's factory
transportation prepaid. Deterioration or wear caused by abrasive action, chemicals, improper installation, operation or
lack of normal maintenance shall not constitute defect, and are not covered under warranty. In no event shall the seller be
liable for any consequential damages claimed as a result of any breach of the foregoing warranty.
