NOTE: The DP rating (based on design pressure) is per NWWDA I.S. 2-93 for windows, I.S. 3-95 for sliding doors, and I.S. 8-95 for hinged doors. Pella® DP 40 windows will conform to applicable Heavy Commercial AAMA standards. Pella DP 30 windows will conform to applicable Commercial AAMA standards. Certain sized units may require heavier glazing or optional hardware. Door performance is dependent upon size and configuration-specific information provided in each product section in this catalog.

Pella Architect Series® 1 products marry the historically correct look of True Divided Light (TDL) with state-of the-art performance and energy efficiency. Our patented Integral Light Technology™ creates this appearance from a single sheet of insulating glass. The result is modern performance in window offering uncompromised architectural expression.

 

1 Exclusive Integral Light Technology™ combines the beauty of TDL with the energy  efficiency and structural integrity of insulating glass.
  
2 Argon-Filled, Low-E InsulShield®insulating glass available ... reduces fading,saves on heating and cooling bills. Uncoated insulating glass is also available.
  
3 Muntin bars permanently bonded to interior and exterior glass. Prairie and Traditional styles are standard. Custom patterns available.
    
4 Aluminum clad or wood exteriors. Three standard, 14 Windowscaping®, and Special Custom cladding colors available.
 
5 Wood interiors can be painted or stained to match decor.

Pella Designer Series® SmartSash® products are the ideal solution when your project requires a high degree of design flexibility. These innovative windows and doors are specifically designed to meet that challenge with an almost unlimited choice of sizes, styles, colors and options, including between-the-glass Slimshade® blinds, pleated shades or real wood muntin bars.

 

1 SmartSash® II glazing with two panes of glass provides room for Muntin bars plus Slimshade® blinds or fabric pleated shades.
  
2 SmartSash® III glazing with three pones of glass combines high- performance insulating glass and a single removable panel, providing room for one between-the-glass option.
  
3 Aluminum clad exteriors Three standard, 14 Windowscaping, and Special Custom cladding colors available.
  
4 Wood interiors can be painted or stained to match decor.
  
5 Standard and custom sizes available.

Note: Double-Hung SmartSash® System allows one between-the-glass option - tilt-only Slimshade® blinds on muntin bars.
