TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
| PAYMENT TERMS |
All orders are prepaid or C.O.D. We also
accept Visa. MasterCard, or American Express. We will not deposit your check or charge
your credit card until the product ships. Prices are subject to change without notice. |

| SHIPPING TERMS |
All fixture shipments over $1000.00 will be
prepaid with F.O.B. origin. All other orders will be billed 5% of the order value for
shipping and handling charges. It is the customers responsibility to inspect product when
it arrives for freight damage. |

|
| RETURNED CHECKS |
A $25 handling charge will be assessed for all
returned checks by your bank. |
|
|
| LAMPS |
All fixtures are supplied with either a GE,
Sylvania, or Philips lamp. |
|
|
| BALLAST |
We use either Advance or Magnetek ballast's. |
|
|
| UL LABEL |
All fixtures are UL labeled. |
| |
|
| PRODUCT CHANGES |
We reserve the right to change any product
without prior notice and without incurring obligation |

|
| LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY |
PFO Lighting Inc. warrants that all its
products shipped shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the
"Warranty Period". This warranty includes only those products which are
installed, used and maintained according to PFO Lighting Inc. instructions. No other
warranty is expressed or implied. At its option, PFO Lighting, Inc., shall repair or
replace the defective product. This warranty applies only to parts and excludes all field
labor and service charges related to the repair or replacement of the item unless prior
written authority has been granted by PFO Lighting Inc. Warranty Period:
HID fixtures: 2 Years
Lamps
1 Year (HID lamps with an average
life longer than 7500 hours) 6 months (all other types)
Ballast's 2

| PRODUCT RETURNS |
With our authorization (RGA#) you may return
products, however there will be at least a 25% restocking charge. |
|
|
| POLE FREIGHT |
All freight for poles will be added to the
invoice. A 10% shipping allowance will be given on any orders more than $1500.00 Poles
will be shipped from Southern, CA not Vancouver, WA. |
