 TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES
At PG Bell, we are committed to offer a full range of
services to better serve the architectural industry. Our in-house laboratories continually
work on the development of new colors and new coatings such as our recently introduced
Metallic finish. However new Product Development is not limited to surface coatings. The
introduction of new wall systems, which provide both new "looks" and easier
installation, are an ongoing significant part of our business.
As well as the manufacture of porcelain panels, we can
provide a complete menu of associated services - including full engineering and drafting
services, project management, and panel installation...

| ...At PG Bell, we tailor our panel systems
with the structural properties that precisely match a customer's application. Because
laminated panels (porcelain or other materials) do not lend themselves to theoretical
structural analysis, we operate our own in-house testing facility where we apply wind
loads to panels and their associated connection systems, in order to determine their
strength and deflection characteristics. After a designer has selected his project
criteria, we do the rest. |
Although we have developed thousands of colors to date, at PG Bell there is no standard
color chart. Our standard customer service is to work with the designer to come
with precisely the color that is required for the application.
