Consistent Quality

Quality is assured when the finest grade of polyester powder is applied by modern equipment onto a properly cleaned and treated metal surface. This commitment to quality is assured by the history of Prudential Lighting, a company which has produced fine lighting products for over half a century.

Paint Process

The standard exterior body is either Glass White (YGM) or Matte White (YMM) with a 15% gloss. The painting process begins by treating the metal with a hot wash, phosphating, cool-rinsing and a final de-ionized rinse for maximum paint adhesion to metal substrate. Paint molecular cross-linking occurs during a 15 minute bake cycle at 375F (190°C) TGIC polyester powder paint is used to guarantee color stability and impact resistance.

Available Colors

In addition to the standard whites, premium colors are shown on the color palette. These colors are available for all Prudential fixtures and are specified by adding the color suffix at the end of the catalog number; i.e. P-25-2-04CTE-M3-120-YPB

Custom Colors

Custom colors are available in addition to the Standard and Premium. A color chip supplied to the factory will be carefully matched by color experts . To indicate that accustom color is requested, specify at the end of catalog number the code ''-YXX''.
