Bayferrox - Page 19

Limitations Inconsistencies in job-site conditions, finishing practices, concrete mix design and slump, and curing methods may produce variations in the color of the finished product. CC80 is not recommended for use in air-entrained concrete and CC80 is subject to fading when exposed to weathering or repeated wetting and drying. BAYFERROX CC86 should be used in air-entrained concrete or concrete exposed to repeated wetting and drying. Integrally colored concrete is limited to lighter, more pastel colors and is not as brilliant as color hardened surfaces. Non-chloride accelerators may be used, but do not use with concrete mixes containing calcium chloride.
Cautions Keep out of reach of children. See Material Safety Data Sheet for complete information. Because of the mixing characteristics of some mixer trucks or mix designs, it is possible that small pieces of the disintegrating bag may not fully break down. For best results, please follow mixing instructions under Directions For Use.
Dosage Guidelines DISINTEGRATING BAGS - Add the correct combination of 1, 5 or 25 lb. bags to color one yard of concrete of a given mix design multiplied by the number of yards of concrete to be placed in truck.

BULK - Pre-weigh color for accuracy in dosing.

Quantities below indicate the weight of pigment and BAYFERROX by QC Pigment number to mix with each 94 lb. sack of cement.
