PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
QC RELEASE POWDER is a dry blend of chemical powders and color pigments designed for use in the imprinting process to allow the clean release of texturing tools from the concrete surface. QC RELEASE POWDER also adds color variation to the textured surface, providing an attractive two-color look that is part of most stamped concrete installations.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
QC RELEASE POWDER is hand broadcast evenly to the entire surface of freshly placed concrete when the concrete reaches the proper set for imprinting. QC RELEASE POWDER should remain in a dry state on the concrete surface and should not be worked into the surface. Care should be taken not to trowel the release powder into the wet concrete.

Maintenance	It is highly recommended to develop and follow a routine maintenance schedule for all colored concrete so that it will maintain a top quality appearance. Every 18 to 36 months, colored concrete installations should be inspected, cleaned and resealed as required by volume and intensity of traffic. The need will depend on a number of factors including traffic conditions, geographical location and weather.
Limitations	Inconsistencies in job site conditions, finishing practices and curing methods may produce variations in the color of the finished product. QC RELEASE POWDER may be used on vertical faces of step risers, curbs, etc., but is not practical for use on large areas of vertical surfaces.
Caution	Use face mask or respirator. Do not allow to get into eyes. Keep out of the reach of children. Prolonged breathing will cause throat and lung irritation. See Material Safety Data Sheets for further information.
Shelf Life	Indefinitely if protected from moisture.
COVERAGE GUIDELINES
All colors	1,050- 1,500 square feet per 30 pound pail (97.5-139.4 square meters per 13.6 kilograms). Coverage rates vary with application technique, wind conditions and texture of the concrete prior to application.
