QC CEMSEAL

Maintenance	QC CEMSEAL, like all surface sealers, must be kept clean for maximum durability and protection. Frequent sweeping or vacuum removal of loose soils will significantly increase the service life of QC CEMSEAL or any surface coating. For removal of ground-in dirt, dilute 2 to 4 ounces of QC FLOOR CLEANER per 1 gallon of water (59.1 to 118.3 mL per 3.8 L). Scrub with a low-speed buffer or automatic scrubber equipped with red or blue scrub pads (light cleaning) or soft scrub brushes. Remove cleaner residue with a mop, wet vacuum or automatic scrubber and let dry before opening to traffic. If applying QC CEMSEAL as a topcoat, clean floor with QC FLOOR CLEANER as above, then rinse with clean water and allow to dry. Apply at least two coats of QC CEMSEAL for adequate protection.
Removability	QC CEMSEAL can be removed using QC SEAL STRIP. See Product Information Bulletin for specific use instructions.
Limitations	QC CEMSEAL will protect concrete from dusting and oil staining if applied properly, evenly and with sufficient coverage as outlined in the application directions. Inadequate coverage will dramatically reduce performance of QC CEMSEAL. Failure to keep the floor reasonably clean by sweeping, vacuuming or wet cleaning will result in premature wear and will not protect the concrete. Tinted QC CEMSEAL is not designed to be used as the primary coloring system, but instead to enhance the look of already colored concrete.
Storage	Store between 50 - 80°F (10 - 26°C) in sheltered environment. Do not store in sunlight.
