QC CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTS WALL LINER SYSTEMS were developed to provide extremely durable, high-strength liners for architectural cast-in-place or precast vertical concrete structures. New technology, coupled with our experience in the architectural concrete industry, has enabled us to provide a long-lasting, lightweight, multi-use material that is extremely user friendly for field craftsmen.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
QC WALL LINERS are made of a semi-rigid material that allows the manufacturing of a multitude of patterns, textures and relief. QC WALL LINER SYSTEMS are designed to release easily from the concrete, greatly reducing the amount of air pockets visible on the exposed face. Our unique material also eliminates destructive adhesion of liners to concrete surfaces. The lightweight nature of the material allows for easy handling and attachment to backing systems. The material may be easily drilled, nailed, sawed or screwed without causing splits and tears common with other elastomeric and PVC products available.

VERSATILITY
QC WALL LINER SYSTEMS can be created in a wide variety of styles including graphic designs, geometric shapes and contours, and natural textures resembling rock, stone or brick. Our unique liner system allows the installer to reproduce natural masonry walls that will not repeat for hundreds of running feet. Parts may be interchanged and reversed to create dozens of combinations in each section of wall installed.

TECHNICAL DATA
Under normal jobsite, storage and maintenance conditions, as well as the use of proper form release materials, it is anticipated that QC WALL LINERS will withstand a minimum of 40 reuses. Based on current field usage, indications show that actual number of reuses can range much higher. Total number of reuses will vary based on pattern, relief, care and type of installation.

The physical properties of the QC WALL LINERS are not affected by temperatures ranging from 0 - 350 degrees F The liners serve as protective, impact resistant shields for concrete forms.

ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE
The material used to produce QC WALL LINERS does not contain any solvents (VOC), metals or other similar materials. No toxic by-products are emitted. This product is not considered to be hazardous waste.
