COD
- All sales are COD until credit is established.
Charge Accounts - Payment due Net 30 from invoice date, OAC.
A 1 1/2 % finance charge will be assessed on delinquent accounts.
Delinquent / Over Limit Accounts - COD until credit standing
is reinstated.
Return Checks - A fee of $20.00 will apply for all checks returned.

TAX: |
It
is the customer's responsibility to pay state and local sales taxes
on all taxable items not for resale. |
| DELIVERIES: |
Free delivery in the Houston area with $100.00 minimum order. The
quantities of acid, filter aid, salt, and sand for delivery must be
approved by Ram Chemical & Supply. A delivery fee will be charged
on orders not meeting minimum requirements. |
FREIGHT
SHIPMENTS: |
Freight is prepaid on minimum orders of $2,000 or more. Orders less
than this minimum, will be shipped F.O.B. Houston. |
FREIGHT
CLAIMS: |
Inspect delivery before carrier leaves for shortages/overages or damage.
If a package is short of goods - Notify Ram ASAP. If shortage on Bill
of Laden, claim immediately with carrier and note on the freight bill
before you accept the merchandise. If product is damaged make claim
with carrier. |
RIGHT
TO
SELL: |
Ram Chemical & Supply, Inc. reserves the right to sell Dealers, Contractors
and Service Companies it considers as Professionals who purchase for
resale to the end consumer. |
RETURN
MERCHANDISE: |
Any unused product in its original packaging, with a copy of the invoice,
is returnable for credit without a restocking charge within a reasonable
time frame. Defective merchandise may be returned based on Manufacturers
criteria. |
SPECIAL
ORDER: |
Any merchandise not normally carried may be subject to a deposit and/or
an advance payment. Certain special orders may not be returnable. |
WARRANTY
MERCHANDISE: |
All manufacturer's warranties will be honored according to the manufacturer's
requirements. |
