Product Features
Curtain slats consist of interlocking flat slat
roll-formed from not less than 24 gauge commercial quality hot-dipped galvanized (minimum
G-60) steel in accordance with ASTM A-924 and ASTM A-653 and pre-coated with a two coat
baked-on finish.
The bottom of the curtain is reinforced with an
extruded aluminum bottom bar which holds a factory installed single contact astragal.
Hot-dipped galvanized guide assemblies are
manufactured from 16 gauge roll-formed channels fastened to a 2 1/2" (63.5mm) x 2
1/2" (63.5mm) x 11 gauge minimum roll-formed wall mounting bracket.
Bracket plates for mounting curtain and
counterbalance assembly are made from minimum 10 gauge hot-dipped galvanized steel.
All Raynor rolling service doors are identified by
individual serial numbers kept permanently on file to provide accurate parts replacement
at any time.
