Special Features

1. Full
3" (76.2mm) Thickness - The interior and exterior skins of the TRI-CORE
door are mechanically interlocked by the RAYNOR exclusive ROLL-LOCK process and
pressure bonded to an expanded polystyrene core to form a full 3" (76.2mm) thick
section.
2. Thermal
Break/Section Joint Seal - The interior and exterior skins are separated along their
length by an integral dual durometer vinyl thermal break/section joint seal held in place
by means of the mechanical interlock.

3. Floor Seal -
The bottom seal is a flexible, U-type vinyl encased in an extruded aluminum retainer and
is designed to seal the door along the floor.
4. Jamb
Seal - An EPDM rubber blade is attached to a rigid vinyl snap-on extrusion and mounted to
the track angle mounting to form an effective seal along the sides of the door when
closed. Optional.

5. Header Seal
- An EPDM rubber sealing strip held in place by a galvanized steel retainer is fastened to
the top of the door to seal the door along the header when closed. Optional on Series
TC-11.

Insulated Lites - Lite inserts are 24" (610mm x 8" (203mm) thermal type,
5/8" (16mm) insulated glass sealed in place by a one piece vulcanized EPDM rubber
frame.

Full View Lite Frames - Extruded PVC lite frames are available in sizes 36" (914mm) x
14" (355mm) or 42" (1067mm) x 14" 9355mm) depending on door width. Doors
are supplied ready for field glazing of 5/8" (16mm) thick insulated glass. Available
in 24" (610mm) high section only.
Section Finish
Exterior and interior skins are a pebble grain texture
and are pre-coated prior to roll-forming with baked on polyester enamel finish in white,
brown, or sepia over an epoxy primer.
