Special Features

1. Floor Seal - The bottom seal is a flexible U-type vinyl encased in an extruded aluminum retainer and is designed to seal the door along the floor.

2. Header Seal - An EPDM rubber seal held in place by a galvanized steel retainer attached to the top section, seals the door at the header. (optional) 

3. Jamb Seal - An EPDM rubber blade is attached to a rigid vinyl snap-on extrusion and mounted to the track angle mounting to form an effective seal along the sides of the door when closed. (optional)

4. Jamb Seal - Aluminum and Vinyl - Jamb seal is designed to seal the side of a door when closed. The aluminum and vinyl seal is mounted to the inside face of the jamb. (optional)

 
5. Section Joint Seal - A neoprene foam rubber seal is placed in the section joint to reduce air infiltration. (optional)

6. Full View Aluminum Windows  - Intermediate glazed sections shall be made from 6063T5 extruded aluminum stile and rail construction. Glass encased in soft vinyl channels and held in place with snap-in extruded aluminum retainer.

Section Finish - Exterior of door precoated prior to roll forming with a two-coat process of baked on polyester white or brown enamel over epoxy primer. Interior to have baked on grey polyester enamel.
