The 275 Manual 'Open/Electronic Release Window has a manual open, self closing operation which conveniently allows the operator to control the length of time the window stays open.

The 275 Single Panel Manual Open/Electronic Release Window is versatile in design, offering operators two styles: opening from right to left or left to right. Ideal for fast food, walkups as well as many other applications.

• M.O.E.R  The 275 Manual Open/Electronic Release Window is a manual 'open window that allows for the operator to control when the window will be electronically released to close. When the operator steps out of the presence sensor the window will begin to close after a five second delay.
• 3 Convenient 19"W x 36"H, 19"W x 28"H, 19"W x 22"H Service Openings. To operate simply release the self latching handle and pull open the door. The door will slide open effortlessly from right to left or left to right. The window stays open until the operator steps out of the light beam and the window automatically closes, or the operator manually closes the door. Note: 19"W x 22"H service opening passes the California restricted opening requirements.
• Quality Construction. Anodized aluminum extrusions, stainless steel and 1/4" tempered glass combine to give you an attractive window that not only enhances most building exteriors, but will not rust, pit or weather Track free bottom sill provides for a contaminant free surface.

• Fully Assembled, Ready to Install. Ready Access windows are shipped completely pre-assembled, and fully glazed for lower installation costs. Normal installation ordinarily takes less than two hours.
• Three to Five Day Shipping Ready Access will ship ,any standard window order (47-1/2"W x 43-1/2"H, 35-3/4"H and 30"H) in 3 to 5 days from receipt of order.

AVAILABLE OPTIONS:

• Our standard 275 M.O.E.R. Window is available in statuary bronze or clear anodized aluminum. Standard window dimensions are 47-1/2" W x 43-1/2' H, 47-1/2"W x 35 3/4"H, 47- 1/2'"W x 30"H.
• Powder coat painting is available upon request for a wide range of custom colors. Standard lead time for custom colored windows is three to five weeks.
• Custom sizes are available upon request to satisfy any Health Department Requirement or any unusual operations requirement. Standard lead time for custom size windows is three to five weeks.
