 e have just brought out our new line of plastic
lumber called Plastic Lumber Ultra. Our new plastic lumber
will give buyers another cost option to choose over wood.
The new Ultra Plastic Lumber has a combination of wood and
plastic which makes it very stiff and light weight. With this
material and its hallow design similar to steel studs it make
it less expensive than our solid plastic lumber which will
enable us to offer it to markets that use wood due to cost.
We have also brought out a 5" round plastic fence post
that can replace cedar fence post in strength and is priced
very comparison to a cedar post.
 ne thing we have
being working on is making a deck totally from recycled
materials. We have currently done a deck with 90% recycled
material. For the structural beams and joist we used galvanize
steel which we had formed for outside application. We used
the plastic lumber for the deck boards, railing and used
our Polyboard for the skirting. The only wood that was used
were the stair stringers, but we are working on that. The
galvanize steel that we used is made of 60% recycle scrap
steel. The benefits of working with steel is its light weight,
stronger, straight, won't twist, comes in any length and
is termite proof. With the deck that was built we used the
Deckmaster hidden bracket system to secure the deck boards.
e are also coming out with a new picnic table and park bench that
is made with a galvanize tube frame and are new Plastic
Lumber Ultra board for the seats and top. Cost for a 5-0'
picnic table will be around $300.00 Cnd. We will have this
