Our plastic lumber is made of 100% recycled
material with a unique blend of H.D.P.E. and saw dust that
is extruded into different board forms. With this process
we can do boards up to 20' length. With the ingredients of
materials our plastic lumber is a lot stiffer than regular
plastic lumber. You can saw, plane router, nail, and screw
it like wood. Our plastic lumber has very little expansion.
On a deck application using our hollow top board, you can
use 24"O.C with very little flex in the board. With using
our Plastic Lumber Ultra, this will allow you to replace your
wood material and not lose any stiffness in your board replacement.
