Turn upstairs space into bright, welcoming living space with the Roto Roof Door. Designed for in-reach applications, it meets egress
requirements for emergency exiting. Ideal for bonus rooms, attics and loft areas.
Its unique venting positions allows plenty of fresh air without having to open the door completely. When fully opened for egress, a gas piston
holds the roof door securely in place. The convenient handle makes opening and closing a breeze. And the Roof Door can be installed right
opening or left opening for greater design flexibility. Installation is like our other roof windows; no special installation requirements and
brackets come pre-installed.
