PARCEL LOCKERS

Parcel lockers offer tenants a convenient way to receive packages on site. The units are fit with a two (2) key security system. When the U.S. Postal Service or an individual delivers a parcel to the locker, a parcel locker key is placed in the recipient's mailbox. Once the recipient opens the parcel locker, the key is automatically retained in the lock until it is removed with a control key. The units are equipped with a rear door and lockable hasp which allows access from the rear as well as the font. Parcel lockers are designed to fit into the rack ladder and data distribution systems (see pages 6 and 8) and Free-Standing Mail Centers (see pages 10 and 11).

DROP BOX

Made of aluminum and steel, drop boxes have a solid front with a 16" W x 3/4" H mail slot. Units have a 4" H rear panel to contain the mail. Locking rear cover (#2281) is available as an option upon request. Drop boxes are designed to fit into the rack ladder and data distribution systems (see pages 6 and 8) and Free-Standing Mail Centers (see pages 10 and 11).

SUGGESTED ARCHITECTURAL SPECIFICATIONS

Furnish and install aluminum 2200 series mailboxes or aluminum 2400 series data distribution boxes as manufactured by Salsbury Industries. All units to be rear loading Specify rack ladder, standard or data distribution installation systems. Materials, sizes and construction shall comply with current mailbox regulations. Framing materials and fasteners required for proper installation shall be provided by the contractor.

DOOR IDENTIFICATION

Self-adhesive numbers (1-3000 available) are supplied upon request with a standard order. The numbers shall be directed by architect or owner. Custom identification systems are available as an option upon request.

Each mailbox and data distribution door includes a five (5) pin cylinder cam lock with two (2) keys (1,000 different key changes).
