OUTGOING MAIL SLOP
A 4-3/4" W x 1/2" H outgoing mail slot (#3569) is available as an option upon
request. It will be located in the far left door of the unit unless otherwise specified.
Note - if a mail slot is requested, order unit with one (1)
additional compartment than the total number of tenants receiving mail.

| Units mount
directly to a surface and are attached with mounting hardware through the back. |
Units fit into a
rough opening and are secured with mounting hardware through the back or side panels of
the unit. Recessed units include a flanged collar which fits over the rough opening. |
Front access is obtained by unlocking the master lock and
pivoting the entire compartment forward.
Note - mailboxes should be shielded from direct weather
conditions.
| SUGGESTED ARCHITECTURAL
SPECIFICATIONS Furnish and install vertical
3500 series mailboxes. Specify for U.S.P.S. mail delivery or for private mail
distribution, aluminum or brass finish and surface or recessed mounted. Materials, sizes
and construction shall comply with current mailbox regulations. Framing materials and
fasteners required for proper installation shall be provided by the contractor.

mail distribution
- Outgoing Mail Slot (#3569) - in the far left door of the
unit unless otherwise specified
DOOR IDENTIFICATION
Each mailbox door includes a 2-1/2" W x 5/8" H indentation to accommodate a
label (included) to identify the tenant's name and/or box number.
LOCKS
STANDARD
Each mailbox door includes a five (5) pin cylinder cam lock with two (2) keys (1,000
different key changes).
