Maximum standard travel based on Cab 125 (8'-0" high), 4'-0" pit and across the
line starting. Higher travel may be available under some conditions. (Contact your local
sales representative.)
(ii) SSSO and 2SSO doors available with right or left opening.
(iii) Minimum pit depth is 4'-0". On bore hole application, deep pit available upto
16'-8 ". Maximum travel will be decreased one inch for every inch of pit depth above
4'-0".
(iv) Hoistway depth increases 1 1/2" with flush transoms.
(v) Hoist Beams to be removed by others after elevator installation if minimum cab
clearance is not be available.
(vi) For maximum rail bracket vertical spacing consult your local sales representative.
(vii) Adequate steel or concrete beam or concrete wall supports are required for rail
mounting bracket based on elevator shop drawing loading at each floor per ASME A17.1.
Mounting and interface between building and rail bracket to be in agreement between
customer and elevator contractor.
(viii) For front & rear openings, maximum standard is limited to eight openings front
and four openings rear with a maximum total of eight landings.
(ix) Add 4" for less than 4000 lbs. and 6" for 4000 lbs. and larger in seismic
zone 2 or greater.
