Schindler recognizes that final assembly of an elevator
system occurs at the customer's building. For that reason, Schindler designed the Miconic
A system for problem-free installation.
For example, a microprocessor-generated speed pattern
eliminates time consuming trial-and-error adjustments. This procedure reduces installation
time and improves installation consistency. Serial wiring techniques and the
single-control-cabinet-per-car concept also contribute to faster installation time.
Ongoing training programs in our Research Center provide
Schindler field technicians with hands-on training on new products prior to local
installation. Technicians learn advanced techniques from simulated and actual job-site
