A Concept of Total Flexibility

The Schindler 300A system combines an exciting array of architectural and design options with the industry's most advanced vertical transportation technology.

Horizon Series

The Horizon Series is a single-car, microprocessor-control hydraulic elevator system with selected architectural and control features for general passenger use.

  • Serves up to 4 levels
  • Front-opening door
  • Capacity : 2,000 or 2,500 lb.
  • Speed : 100 to 125 FPM.

Expression Series

The Expression Series is a single-car, microprocessor-control hydraulic elevator system with a broad range of architectural and control features for general passenger use.

  • Serves up to 4 levels
  • Front-opening door
  • Capacity : 2,000 to 3,500 lb.
  • Speed : 100 to 150 FPM.

Vision Series

The Vision Series is a  single- or multiple-car, microprocessor-control hydraulic elevator system with unsurpassed design and control options for general passenger or hospital/service use.

  • Serves up to 8 stops
  • Front-and rear-opening doors
  • Capacity : 2,000 to 6,000 lb.
  • Speed : 100 to 150 FPM depending on application.

Special Solutions for Holeless Applications

In addition to conventional borehole applications, Schindler offers more than one solution to meet your specific construction conditions.

The Gemini Dual Lack System for holeless hydraulic elevator installations uses two mechanically synchronized jacks positioned from each other near the front and rear of the hoistway.

Schindler's Series H semi-holeless and telescopic holeless configurations offer economic and dependable solutions for buildings where jack hole drilling is difficult or undesirable. Designed with a front mounted jack, these applications eliminate the need for a jack hole in most installations.

Notes:

  1. Hoist beam to be removed by others after elevator installation if minimum cab clearance is not available.
  2. For maximum rail bracket vertical spacing, consult your local sales representative.
  3. Minimum pit depth is 4"-0" On conventional borehole applications, deep pit available up to 16'8". Maximum travel will be decreased one inch for every inch of pit depth above 4'-0".
  4. Adequate steel or concrete wall supports are required for car (and jack) guide rail mounting brackets based on elevator shop drawing loadings at each floor per ASME A17.1 Code.
  5. Holeless maximum travel is 35' with standard pit and overhead. Additional travel up to 41' is available with additional pit and/or overhead.
