Combined Infrared heat: optimized energy utilization
The primoSchwank's special design enables it to convert even secondary heat directly to
infrared heat (previously wasted heat on other models). The additional low intensity
infrared heat gained in this way improves the effectiveness of the high intensity radiant
heat. primoSchwank functions by employing two infrared components- High and low intensity

The gas-air mixture which is fed to the
ceramic tiles plays a crucial role in the efficiency of the gas-infrared heater. Better
gas-air mixture means better heat delivery. The Delta mixing chamber ensures the
primoSchwank provides the best gas-air mixture: a Venturi tube takes the precisely
measured combustion gas and swirls it with air to create a gas-air mixture with
exceptionally good combustion qualities. During operation, the mixing chamber walls heat
up and this effectively improves the injector effect of the Venturi tube by boosting the
gas-air mixture pressure. This ensures that all ceramic tiles are provided with the
gas-air mixture uniformly at every point.

The demands made of primoSchwank necessitate a
high degree of precision engineering: all components are manufactured from aluminized
sheet steel using intricate specialty tools, and assembled with an advanced press joint
process. This ensures a high degree of protection against corrosion and continued peak
operating efficiency of the primoSchwank for many years.

New the gas-air mixture is given an additional pressure boost in the Delta mixing
chamber, ensuring a uniform feed to all ceramic tiles.
