Unique Design:
Vinyl Stack™ was uniquely designed to be rigid through the center of the spacer allowing for fast stacking of the glass
block. When completed, your glass block assembly is perfectly aligned. The open face at edge of the spacer allows
silicone to flow inside the Vinyl Stack™ spacer creating a greater seal and stronger overall application.

Features:
- Labor Saving - Quick Assembly
- No Mess, No Hassle
- Saves 15% Weight Over Mortar System
- Increases Thermal Efficiency Nearly 10% Over Mortar System
- Meets Today's UV Standards
- Easy Maintenance
- Great Looking - All Glass Look
Options For Securing Assembly:
- Vinyl Wrap® Glass Block Window Frames
- Panel Anchors (similar to mortar installation)
- Plastic Channeling
The One Construction Project You'll Enjoy Doing:
The Vinyl Stack™ spacer installation system is built upon the latest advances in glass, vinyl, and silicone technologies. Assembly is a snap:
Vinyl Stack™ spacers are cut to size with long horizontal spacers to match the width of your application, and short vertical spacers are the
same height of the glass block. You simply stack the glass block together by applying two beads of silicone to each side of the Vinyl Stack™
spacer. Vinyl Stacks™ unique design will self-align glass blocks to ensure uniform joints throughout the application. Once the glass blocks are
stacked together; all that is needed is to caulk over the Vinyl Stack™ spacers, between the glass blocks. This provides a finished joint and
additional seal.
Assembly Guidelines
Recommended on flat panel construction:
- Must have four sided support.

- Exterior panels not to exceed 30 sq. ft.
Open end applications:
- Must have 3 sided support.
- Must use panel anchors every other joint at jams and header.
- Length of wall not to exceed 6 ft.
- Style cap finishing pieces can be silicone to open end.
Silicone must be neutral curing and approved for unprimed adhesion to PVC:
- Dow 1199 Silicone
