Explanation of Purchasing Options:
Vinyl Wrap® as Un-Cut Pallet Extrusion is designed to offer you the most profitability. If purchased in this form you do the cutting yourself. For
more information on this type of purchasing please call our office at 1-800-829-9419. Our next level of service is Cuts. You can purchase Cut
Packs to suit your needs . . . 1-7 Packs, 8-49 Packs and 50+ Packs. Purchasing at this level offers you a savings over our Kits but you will
need to purchase your accessories separately. And the final self contained Kit form contains all the components necessary to do an individual
window assembly.
Cut Packs are boxes containing 1-7, 8-49 or 50+ Cuts of any size combinations including both Main Frame and Closure Bead with already
applied foam tape. When ordering in Packs you must purchase Screws, Corner Keys, and Silicone accessories separately. And it will be
necessary for you to drill your own weep holes.
Kits will come with pre-drilled weep holes on the sill length of your frame order. For this reason it is extremely important to list your Kit orders
width by height.
Vinyl Wrap® orders will come to accommodate ¼" mortar jonits with a tolerance of 1/16" on a completed panel. The rough opening required is
2¼" over the nominal panel size. Example: 40" x 16" Vinyl Wrap window will actually net glass to glass at 39¾" x 15¾", including vinyl it
becomes 42" x 18" and needs a rough opening of 42¼" x 18¼".
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
All prices are F.O.B. Seattle Glass Block, Inc.
Terms of sale are Net 30 days from date of invoice.
Amounts unpaid by the end of the month following purchase are past due and incur a service charge of 15% per month (annual
percentage rate of 18%). Minimum finance charge to be $1.00.
All payments apply first to accrued finance charges, then to costs, attorney fees and/or costs of collections.
Seller will not be responsible for delays occasioned by strikes, fire accidents, transportation companies or other causes beyond our
control.
An order shall not be canceled except by mutual consent.
Only normal inventory goods can be returned for credit. Credit is issued to the purchaser only in the amount of the invoice price of goods.
If return is made after 30 days from the date of the invoice there will be a 15% restocking charge. Freight will not be covered by Seller.
Claims for shortage or damage are not allowed unless made at the time of delivery and or pick up. All other claims are waived by the
Buyer unless Buyer notifies Seller within ten days after delivery of goods. Shortage claims must be accompanied by written statement of
transportation agents. Goods must be held intact at destination until inspection and settlement.

We have enclosed a "Cost Plus Assembly Work Sheet" that should help you correctly figure your glass block vinyl window prices. All you have
to do is decide on a mark up that fits into your geographic location for vinyl windows and add your panel price to give you your end price for
each assembled Vinyl Wrap window. On our example we simply used round figure for mark up percentages and glass block panel selling
price. Our hope with this cost sheet is to give you a starting point to ensure you are fully covering all costs. By making the necessary changes
to the mark up column and panel selling price column hopefully you'll be on you way to mapping out a successful and profitable Vinyl Wrap
venture.
