Unique Design

Vinyl Stack™ was uniquely designed to be rigid through the center of the spacer allowing for fast stacking of the glass block. When completed, your glass block assembly is perfectly aligned. The open face at edge of the spacer allows silicone to flow inside the Vinyl Stack™ spacer creating a greater seal and a stronger overall application.

Versatile Enough for all Requirements

Simply choose your favorite glass block pattern, size, and thickness to reach your desired window dimension. Your windows are quickly fabricated to your specific requirements including white or almond frames.

Durable and Practical Over the Years

Manufactured from extruded PVC, maintenance-free Vinyl Wrap^® frames will not degrade from natural elements.

Vinyl Wrap Ultra™ was developed according to commercial glazing specifications and it will stand up to the weight of glass block. A weep system directs condensation away from the sill and channels moisture outside.

Technical Information

Vinyl Wrap Ultra was designed by a team of fenestration and sealant experts to withstand the most extreme of conditions. Vinyl Wrap Ultra™ has been lab tested in accordance to AAMA/NWWDA 101/I.S.2-97 and NFRC 100.91 and was a great success when tests ran up to a class 70 that withstood 105 PSF.
