Terms and Conditions of Sale

  1. All prices are F.O.B. Seattle Glass Block, Inc., Seattle, Washington
  2. Terms of sale are Net 30 days.
  3. Amounts unpaid by the end of the month following purchase are past due and incur a service charge of 1.5% per month (annual percentage rate of 18%) Minimum finance charge to be $1.00.
  4. All payments apply first to accrued service charges, then to costs, attorney fees and costs of collections.
  5. Seller will not be responsible for delays occasioned by strikes, fire accidents, transportation companies or other causes beyond our control.
  6. An order shall not be canceled except by mutual consent.
  7. Only normal inventory goods can be returned for credit. Credit is issued to the purchaser only in the amount of the invoice price of goods. Less 15% if return is made after the first 30 days from invoice date. Freight will not be covered by Seller.
  8. Claims for shortage or damage are not allowed unless made at the time of delivery and or pick up. All other claims are waived by the Buyer unless Buyer notifies Seller within ten days after delivery of goods. Shortage claims must be accompanied by written statement of transportation agents. Goods must be held intact at destination until inspetion and settlement.
