SECURITY MANUFACTURING COMPANY is one of the largest manufacturers of mailboxes in the world. The company was founded in California in 1979.

The reasons are relatively simple. We found a need for a top-quality, reasonably priced, easy to install and maintenance free mailbox in the private mail sector. That's exactly what SECURITY started making and still does today, from start to finish in our 67,000-square-foot plant.

It didn't take long for the word to spread to the commercial marketplace. We were inundated with orders for apartment houses, condos, office buildings and shopping centers. In fact, it's difficult to locate any type of building or multi-family residence that hasn't ordered SECURITY mailboxes.

SECURITY has a complete line of commercial mailboxes, including horizontal and vertical. SECURITY can now be your single source for all mailbox needs, both U.S. Postal Service approved and those for the private sector. How are we able to accomplish this?

By innovative manufacturing concepts, modern mass assembly techniques, a centralized location in Grapevine, Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex) and regional warehouses throughout the country. Our new manufacturing facility is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art machinery, including an environmentally safe powder coating system that provides a durable, rustproof finish that is scratch and chip resistant, which makes our mailboxes impervious to the elements. In fact, it's the same finish used on modern aircraft carriers. Most series are also available in a clear anodized finish.
